Hair! I am inordinately fond of my hair. This is probably because, as my sister would say, my "hair is [my] one good feature."  I would say that it's also the only feature I feel confident about as it's something I get complimented on at least a few times a week. This has been going on since I was in middle school-- people used to just randomly come up to me and start petting my hair.  Having
